Course File Usage Agreement

Provider: Hotel Casino HK Management Training
Client: The purchasing individual or entity
Effective Date: Upon completed purchase

Important Notice: By purchasing and accessing this course, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms below. Purchasing this course constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. The Client expressly agrees NOT to reproduce, resell, or use any course materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Provider.

Terms & Conditions

1. Grant of License
The Provider grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased course files for personal, internal training purposes only.

2. Permitted Use
Course files may be used solely by the purchasing Client for their own professional development or internal staff training within their organization.

3. Prohibited Actions
The Client agrees not to:

• (a) Reproduce, resell, or distribute course materials for commercial gain
• (b) Share, copy, or transfer files to any third party
• (c) Modify, reverse engineer, or alter any course content
• (d) Remove or obscure any watermarks, copyright notices, or proprietary labels

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All course files, content, and materials remain the exclusive property of Hotel Casino HK Management Training. This Agreement transfers no ownership rights to the Client.

5. Security
The Client agrees to protect course files from unauthorized access, including safeguarding login credentials and not sharing account access.

6. Termination
The Provider reserves the right to revoke access immediately and without refund if any terms of this Agreement are breached.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of course materials.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Greece. If the country or state where you live has laws that protect you as a buyer, those laws still apply to you — even though this agreement is based on Greek law.

9. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your files, please contact us before requesting a refund.

10. Coaching-Specific Terms
Where the purchased product includes live or recorded coaching sessions, the following additional terms apply:

• (a) No-Recording Clause — The Client may not record, capture, or reproduce any coaching session in any format without prior written consent from the Provider. Unauthorized recordings constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
• (b) Confidentiality — Both parties agree to keep session content confidential. The Client shall not disclose, share, or publish session content, frameworks, or proprietary methodologies to any third party without prior written consent.
• (c) Scope of Use — All materials and guidance shared during coaching are licensed to the purchasing individual or entity only and may not be repackaged or delivered to third parties as training or consulting services.
