3. Digital Products All products sold are digital downloads (Excel, Word, or PDF format). Upon successful payment, access to the purchased files is granted immediately. No physical goods are shipped.
4. Payment All prices are listed in EUR. Applicable VAT may be charged depending on your location. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
5. Intellectual Property All digital products remain the intellectual property of Hotel Casino HK Management Training. Purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license for internal business use only. 6. Refunds All sales are final. No refunds are issued once a file has been accessed or downloaded. For corrupted or incomplete files, a replacement will be provided at no charge if reported within 48 hours of purchase.
