Institutional Use & Licensing Agreement

Hotel Casino HK Management Training — Stavros Papageorgiou
Effective upon payment of the annual licensing fee.

1. Parties

Licensor: Stavros Papageorgiou, Hotel Casino HK Management Training

Licensee: The institution, school, or training organisation that has submitted a licensing enquiry and received written confirmation from the Licensor.

2. Licensed Materials

The HMTS Complete Library — 27 Professional Housekeeping Management Tools, including all files, templates, checklists, planners, and supporting documents delivered upon purchase.

3. Permitted Use

Under this agreement, the Licensee is authorised to:

Use the materials for internal training delivery to enrolled students, trainees, or staff members.
Present, print, or project materials in classroom, workshop, or online learning environments.
Incorporate materials into structured training programmes delivered by the Licensee's own instructors.

4. Restrictions

The Licensee may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the materials to any third party.
Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the materials without prior written consent.
Remove or obscure authorship credits, copyright notices, or branding.
Share files digitally outside the licensed institution (e.g. via public links, file-sharing platforms, or external LMS systems accessible to non-enrolled individuals).
Claim authorship or ownership of any part of the materials.

5. Authorship & Intellectual Property

All materials remain the sole intellectual property of Stavros Papageorgiou, Hotel Casino HK Management Training. This agreement grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials. No ownership rights are transferred.

6. Licensing Fee & Payment

Annual Institutional Licence: €2,550/year (equivalent to €212.50/month)
Full payment upfront, due upon agreement confirmation. No installments.
Payment by bank transfer only. No card payments accepted.
EU registered institutions: 0% VAT applies with a valid VAT number.
Access to materials is granted only upon confirmed receipt of full payment.

7. Term & Renewal

This licence is valid for 12 months from the date of payment confirmation. Renewal requires a new agreement and payment. Pricing is subject to review upon renewal.

8. Termination

The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately and without refund in the event of any breach of the restrictions set out in Section 4. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the materials and destroy all copies in their possession.

9. Limitation of Liability

The materials are provided in good faith based on 30 years of real-world operational experience. The Licensor makes no warranties regarding outcomes. The Licensor's liability is limited to the amount of the licensing fee paid.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
