No Refunds After Download

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital file delivery, we are unable to offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate purchase)
