Stavros Papageorgiou is not a training consultant who studied housekeeping from a textbook. He managed hotel and casino housekeeping departments for 30 years — on the floor, in peak season, with real teams and real problems. Every system, checklist, and procedure in this programme has been tested and proven in live hotel operations.

How It Works
- You contact us to confirm availability and dates (pre-season booking recommended)
- We agree on the training schedule and areas to cover based on your property's needs
- Stavros arrives on Sunday to settle in and prepare
- Monday is dedicated to property assessment and programme set-up
- Tuesday — Supervisors only: management systems, SOPs, checklists, briefing and monitoring techniques. Supervisors become the delivery arm for the rest of the week
- Wednesday to Saturday — All housekeeping attendants: on-the-job practical training, room cleaning procedures, and standards implementation — reinforced daily by their own supervisors
- A Training Handover Pack and Completion Summary are handed over on Saturday
- Departure on Sunday morning
Coverage Area
Primary area: Thessaloniki metropolitan area, Chalkidiki (Kassandra, Sithonia), and surrounding Central Macedonia.
Properties outside Central Macedonia (including Athens and the rest of Greece) are also welcome. The same conditions apply throughout: accommodation, meals, and travel expenses to and from the property are covered by the hotel for all locations.
Investment
€1,200 (Zero VAT for training invoices) — Introductory Offer €1,400 — one fixed fee, no hidden costs, no extras.
VAT exemption applies pursuant to Article 22, paragraph 1, subparagraph (l) of Law 2859/2000. The invoice must mandatorily state the justification: "Exemption pursuant to Article 22, par. 1, subparagraph (l) of Law 2859/2000".
Accommodation, meals, and travel expenses are provided by the hotel for the full duration of the engagement (7 nights, Sunday to Sunday). This is a condition of the engagement, not an add-on.
