Before We Start — Equipment Check
To avoid unnecessary trips and ensure training begins without delays, we conduct a short intake call before scheduling any dates.
You will be asked to confirm what cleaning equipment you currently have on site:
- Cloths (colour-coded preferred)
- Sponges
- Detergents and cleaning products
- Vacuum cleaners
- Ladders
- Window squeegees
If equipment gaps are identified, a purchase list will be provided. Training dates are confirmed only once the required equipment is in place. No travel is arranged until this is confirmed.
What You Get
4 full working days on your property.
Day 1 — Assessment
Site visit with the responsible person. Property walkthrough. Cleaning store inspection. Staffing and coordination review.
A written report is delivered to the owner confirming standards, procedures, and any remaining equipment requirements.
Day 2 — Classroom Training
Full training session in a clean unit for supervisors and cleaners.
Covers: cleaning standards, equipment use, room/unit cleaning procedures, safety, linen handling, and fault reporting.
Day 3 — On-the-Job Training
Live cleaning of arrival and stayover units. Inspection. Guest complaint handling.
Day 4 — On-the-Job Training
Continuation of Day 3. Final consolidation of standards and procedures.
Training Handover Pack — property-specific SOPs, checklists, and unit-readiness tools. Ready to use from Day 1 without Stavros on site.
Training Completion Summary — a signed one-page document. Lists what was covered, who attended, and what systems are now in place.

- Day 3: Practical on-the-job training. Stavros demonstrates live — your team practises. Quality checks and same-day turnover techniques.
- Day 4: Training continues. Standards are consolidated. Handover Pack and Completion Summary are delivered.
Coverage Area
Thessaloniki metropolitan area — no travel expenses. Full programme at the fixed price.
North Greece (Kavala, Serres, Halkidiki, and surrounding areas) — same programme, same price. All 4 training days are scheduled as a consecutive block to minimise travel. Client covers:
- Transport (bus or equivalent)
- Accommodation during training days
- Meals during training hours
